Having an in-house designer in our owner Nandini Mukherjee, we have started catering for noteworthy events, as well as smaller private parties.

Recent Catering do's...

• We were the only South-Asian Restaurant chosen to cater the RNC 2004 Media Welcome Reception thrown by Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg, Governor George E. Pataki & Former Mayor Rudy Guiliani at the Time Warner Center at Columbus Circle.
• Catered the opening parties for plays like Fatwa (Alter Ego) and Sakharam Binder (PlayCo.)
• Catered the opening reception of Anjolie Ela Menon's solo show thrown by Gallery ArtsIndia.
• Various private parties...

Options

Various options can be worked out.

• Order from IBC Menu. Pickup or Delivery within area (for delivery outside area add to and fro Cab fare)
• IBC delivers and sets up the food. Highlights of these catering events, besides high quality food from Indian Bread Co, is the presentation of the food using Banana leaves, candles and flowers (which we set up based on individual requirements).
• IBC does live catering. We will provide the food, presentation and servers.

Food outside of Menu

Special food items or preparation request can be accommodated. Examples are...

• Vegetable, Chicken or Goat Biryani
• Smaller version of Paratha, Naanini or Kathi Roll that are ideal as appetizers for parties
• Food preparation for Vegetarians Jains (no onion or garlic)
